Trent Bridge Piers: The ribbon has been cut on the final phase of the waterfront homes development
Developers on the site of new waterside homes have officially cut the ribbon on the second and final phase of their city project – with 25 per cent of those properties reserved immediately.
Trent Bridge Quays, located in the heart of Nottingham’s sporting heritage district, has launched its latest 58 homes for sale.
The move marks the last opportunity for homebuyers to get their hands on a choice of brand new properties at the site.
About 95 homes were launched in the first phase of the development, all of which are now sold out. The high specification homes have attracted a mix of homebuyers including athletes attracted to a first class location.
Of the 58 newly launched homes, there are 14 townhouses, 4 bungalows and 40 apartments.
David Houghton, sales and marketing director at Elevate, said: “All the homes at Trent Bridge Quays have an EPC rating of B, placing them in the top 10 per cent of energy efficient homes in the country.
“Townhomes have dedicated electric vehicle charging points, while apartments have the option of secure, gated courtyard parking and access to electric vehicle charging points.”
Elevate Property Group has become known for innovative commercial and residential developments across the country. The company has gained over 30 years of construction experience including prestigious heritage restoration projects, mid-century conversions and contemporary new builds.
Taking pride in their attention to detail within their high quality homes, David said: “The high specification interiors are ‘best in class’ with fully integrated kitchens, Porcelanosa tiles in the bathroom, and high quality flooring throughout. Many of the apartments include a balcony or balcony.” Juliet, and either a view of the river or the city skyline.
Freehold townhouses offer a choice of interior designs – open plan or detached accommodation configurations.
Lawns, terraces, balconies and parking with electric vehicle chargers in the homes are all standard, while some also have 146-square-foot, south-facing rooftop terraces
The stunning homes attract a wide range of buyers, creating an enviable scene on the roadside and riverside streets. A newly planted park along with the riverbank enhances the location of this development.
The final release of homes includes 16 one-bedroom apartments, 24 two-bedroom apartments, 2 two-bedroom maisonettes, 2 three-bedroom maisonettes, 9 three-bedroom townhouses and 5 four-bedroom townhouses. Prices range from £206,000 for a single bed to £440,000 for a four-bedroom townhouse, with entire properties built ready to move in.
