Trent Bridge Piers: The ribbon has been cut on the final phase of the waterfront homes development

Developers on the site of new waterside homes have officially cut the ribbon on the second and final phase of their city project – with 25 per cent of those properties reserved immediately.

Trent Bridge Quays, located in the heart of Nottingham’s sporting heritage district, has launched its latest 58 homes for sale.

The move marks the last opportunity for homebuyers to get their hands on a choice of brand new properties at the site.

About 95 homes were launched in the first phase of the development, all of which are now sold out. The high specification homes have attracted a mix of homebuyers including athletes attracted to a first class location.

Of the 58 newly launched homes, there are 14 townhouses, 4 bungalows and 40 apartments.
