Tommy Hilfiger has completely taken over the real estate portfolio, and now a Connecticut estate formerly owned by the fashion mogul has hit the market.
Set on over five sprawling acres in Greenwich, this luxurious pad is tucked away down a private country lane. The English farmhouse-style home dates back to 1932, and has undergone major updates since then, including a major series of renovations in 2014 by its current owners, for just $9.7 million. In all, the expansive spread consists of a 7,438-square-foot main house, a guest apartment above the garage, and a poolside cabana. There’s also a professional tennis court where the previous owner, Wojciech Viback, and eight-time Grand Slam champion Ivan Lendl played on it, so you know it’s legit.

Inside, the brick and stucco residence is decorated with tons of period details like wood floors, high ceilings, preserved moldings, and ornate wood paneling. Other highlights include the four fireplaces, multiple courtyards, and arched doorways.
While almost all of the rooms are impressive, the study is definitely a statement piece with its luxurious plaster ceiling. Elsewhere, the first floor contains formal living and dining rooms, a spacious family room with a wet bar, and a large chef’s kitchen. The latter looks very bright and airy thanks to all-white cabinetry and worktops, and nearby is a beautifully detailed breakfast nook with parquet flooring. The second floor is where you’ll find all six bedrooms, with the master suite occupying its own wing with a sitting room, cozy fireplace, dressing room and double bathrooms.
The English mansion-style house was originally built in the 1930s and has since been renovated.
The manicured grounds, designed by Southampton landscape architect Perry Guillot, are hard to beat, while the charming pool house is entered via a wisteria-covered terrace containing two hanging hammocks, and features two bathrooms, a kitchenette and a games area.
Ellen Mosher and Julie Church Houlihan Lawrence have the list.
