This fashion mogul is once again trying to unload his lakefront property.

Tommy Hilfiger, founder of the design firm that bears his name, has once again put his Mediterranean-style mansion in Florida on the market, Mansion Global first reported.

Hilfiger, 72, and his wife, designer and former model Dee Ocleppo, 56, first tried to sell the more than 5,000-square-foot property last September, initially seeking $39.7 million before lowering the ask to $37.9 million. Then remove the amount. The house is off the market.

Now, the three-bedroom, four-bathroom Palm Beach home is back looking for a buyer for $35.9 million.

The power couple bought the property for $21 million in June 2021.

“We fell in love with this house and the fact that it was on the lake and on the lake trail,” Okleppo told Architectural Digest for a glimpse of the residence overlooking the Lake Worth Lagoon last August. “Palm Beach is lush and green all year round. Every time someone introduces us to an orchid, they never get kicked out; they’re attached to a tree.”

After moving in, the couple immediately renovated the space with the help of designer Martyn Lawrence Pollard.

“The first thing we wanted to do was lighten and brighten the skin,” Hilfiger told the publication at the time. “The wood was mahogany and cherry. All the windows were covered with light-blocking curtains. There was a lot of artwork, patterned curtains, patterned wallpaper, ornate furniture. Paisley, flowers, oriental rugs. We did a clean sweep.”

Inside, the home has an entry foyer, formal dining room, and living room with a cypress ceiling and coral stone fireplace — plus a primary suite with dual bathrooms, a sitting room, and two lake-facing balconies.

Outside there is a large courtyard equipped with a fireplace, colonnade, summer kitchen and a tropical landscaped swimming pool.
