Savannah Guthrie has been enjoying her stunning new townhouse in New York City since she moved into the luxury property with her family in June.
the today The star lives with her husband Michael Feldman and their two children Vale, eight, and Charlie, six, and she recently shared a sneak peek inside their abode on Instagram.
On her story, Savannah gave her followers a glimpse inside one of the hotel’s many rooms, which appears to be set up for family movie nights.
The room is part of an open-plan design and features black walls, spotlights along the white ceiling, wooden floors with a black and gray patterned rug covering most of the floor, and a large black coffee table in the center of the space.

The photo that Savannah shared saw her husband and children standing excitedly near the large gray sofa that pointed to the opposite wall where they supposedly placed their TV.
In another photo, Michael is seen sitting on a chair, smiling with his arms outstretched. Behind it, you can see what appears to be part of the kitchen, with a large window overlooking the backyard, a small dining table with a bench, various countertops and storage cabinets.
The family of four moved into their new home in the summer after listing their Tribeca apartment for $7.1 million in January. In September, they lowered the asking price by $500,000 and it is still listed at $6.5 million.
The 3,735-square-foot home was the first the couple bought together in 2017, and Savannah admitted she was torn about leaving their first family home. ““My fingernails will rub against the glass when I leave this apartment.” she told the Wall Street Journal earlier this year.
“I’ve never liked those huge buildings where you walk in and you feel like you’re in a hotel. It’s a beautiful little building.”
The home has been listed by Cortnee Glasser of Sotheby’s International Realty, and the listing claims the purchase will be a “rare opportunity to own a stunning, one-of-a-kind turnkey home in Tribeca,” renovated by designer Monique Gibson. .
The listing describes the apartment as “one-of-a-kind” and an “architectural masterpiece,” with an elevator that “opens directly into a magnificent foyer leading to a great room.”
The “great room” is approximately 50 feet long, has a concrete ceiling, and is divided into three separate living areas. The roof is one of the features that sold Savannah and Michael on the house, she explained: “It looks very urban and cool. We thought it added a certain edge.”
There’s also a clean open chef’s kitchen equipped with “extensive floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry, a polished black Saint Laurent marble center island, and a full suite of Gaggenau appliances including a wine refrigerator and vented range hood.”
The master suite has a fireplace and a dressing room. The master bath comes with Carrera marble and bluestone finishes, a deep soaking tub under a flat-screen TV, a separate shower, a double vanity, and a wall-hung Toto dual-flush water closet.
Two other bedrooms share a “beautiful, spacious” bathroom with “Ann Sacks tile floors and polished chrome Hansgrohe fixtures.” The fourth bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
Outside, the building has a 24-hour concierge, a full-time superman, a state-of-the-art fitness room, and a bike storage room.
In addition to their New York City property, Savannah’s family also owns a beautiful home in upstate New York, where they spend many weekends and holidays.
