A cozy living room, functional kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom on the main floor are all integrated within this tiny home’s footprint of just 204 square feet (19 square meters). The layout is similar to the original Jojo Bean design, but the extra length of the house allows for a more spacious bedroom, closer to those you’d find in traditional homes. The original Jojo Bean is actually the smallest house ever built by Movable Roots at just 20 feet (6 m) tall.

The exterior of this upgrade is sleek and modern, with lacquered LP SmartSide cladding and a metal roof with a steep gable. The full light fiberglass entrance door is located to the rear of the house and provides direct access to the living room.

The interior design also exudes a modern vibe, with an emphasis on minimalism and minimalism with a high degree of functionality. It’s dominated by clean lines, natural materials, and a neutral color palette that combine to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The living room is the first room in the house and is spacious enough to fit a large, comfortable sofa. There’s also room to mount a large TV on the opposite wall, making the space just right for movie nights. Quartz countertops and a classic subway tile backsplash tie the base and upper cabinets together.
