Ten Broeck Mansion announces fall arts, history and gardens workshops | Local ads

ALBANY – The Albany County Historical Society, which operates the historic 1798 Ten Broeck Mansion as a museum and gardens, announces new art, history and garden workshops inspired by the beauty and history of the mansion’s landscape. Ten Broeck Mansion is located at 9 Ten Broeck Place, Albany.

On September 9 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., the 4th Annual Jamming Festival takes place at Arbor Hill Festival. The free program harvests Concord grapes from Ten Broeck Mansion’s own grapevine, and participants learn how to make grape jelly, with a free taste test. Free recipes and consultations on making jams and jellies for adults are available.
