The application submitted to St Albans City and District Council’s planning committee on November 6 will see 71 Jennings Road replaced with a new development.

The new five-bedroom house will have three bedrooms on the first floor and two upstairs.

The driveway will be modified to allow for two parking spaces, and a cozy entrance hall and formal sitting room with new fireplace will be featured on the ground floor.
