Kenwood bed and breakfast listings

Kenwood Gables, a boutique bed and breakfast in St. Petersburg’s historic Kenwood neighborhood, is on the market with an asking price of $1.7 million.

The house was built in 1936 and is located at 2801 7th Ave. N. It has seven rooms, including two larger suites on the first floor and three antique rooms on the second floor. The property also features a heated swimming pool and garden terrace area.

The 4,497-square-foot Tudor Revival home is described as having old-world charm mixed with modern amenities. Original hardwood floors run throughout the home.

Clearwater Hotel is selling

The 78-room Rodeway Inn Clearwater-Largo has been sold in a $6 million deal.

TRI Murti Hospitality Inc. sold Hotel at a price 16405 U.S. Highway 19 N. to SAR Hotels LLC, associated with a private investor in New Port Richey.

Built in 1982, the hotel features an outdoor pool and sun terrace.

The buyer obtained a $4.4 million mortgage loan from the seller.

An urban transportation planning consultant leases space

Cale America Inc., part of France-based urban air mobility consultancy Flowbird Group, has signed a lease for warehouse space in Clearwater.

Commercial Partners Realty president and broker Scott Clendening, along with industrial specialist Jeff Klapak, represented Cale America in the five-year lease for the company’s new flexible industrial space at 13190 56th Court N.

“After months of viewing available space in Mid-Pinellas, we were able to negotiate a very competitive price with tenant improvements included. This strategic move allows for expansion of Cale America Inc.’s warehouse and production area, enhancing functionality and efficiency,” a release statement said. About Commercial Partners Realty.

The 18,000-square-foot building is located in the Waterside Business Center.

St. Pete apartments for sale

the The Bay Street Villas apartment complex has been sold for $1.2 million.

Bay Street Group LLV has sold the five-unit apartment building at 1033 Bay St. to St. Pete-based Macc Property LLC.

The purchasing entity is linked to Mario Maccarone, a St. Paul restaurant. Pete’s Bonu Taverna Italian.

The Mediterranean-style building, constructed in 1925, is located in the heart of the Old Northeast Quarter.

Dunedin nursing home is selling

Central Florida-based Epsilon Health Care Properties has acquired a skilled nursing facility in Dunedin in a deal worth more than $8 million.

The company purchased the 26,521-square-foot Lakeside Oaks Center, located at 1061 Virginia St., from Omega Healthcare Investors.

The 93-bed facility, built in 1967, offers memory care and assisted living services.
