Meydan Group appoints a contractor for the Opal Gardens project, District 11, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City
Meydan Group, the world’s leading real estate developer, has appointed a contractor to build the Opal Gardens project, located within District 11 of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, a luxury gated community in the heart of Dubai launched by Meydan.
The construction contract was awarded to Parkway International Contracting LLC. Parkway International Contracting is a company specialized in the field of architectural and interior contracting and has extensive experience in high-end residential projects throughout the Gulf region and the wider Middle East and North Africa region. Parkway International Contracting Company will be responsible for the construction of 435 villas and townhouses, in addition to a clubhouse, a mosque, guard houses, a crystal lake, and infrastructure and landscaping works. Construction work is scheduled to be completed within 24 months.
Opal Gardens will feature meticulously designed four, five and six-bedroom villas, four-bedroom semi-detached villas, as well as four-bedroom townhouses, located within a safe and secure gated development, around a crystal lagoon, in the heart of Dubai. As part of District 11 within Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, one of the most sought-after residential areas in Dubai.
