This week, the Eklund Gomes team at Douglas Elliman debuted the Maple Villas, two new construction homes in Montauk that feature stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Italian race car driver Alessandro Zampedri is the developer behind the project. Although it’s scheduled to be completed next month, there’s a chance to see it this weekend during an open house.

The two new modern properties are listed for $19.5 million and $18.5 million, respectively.

“This stunning collection of offerings from luxury developers Alessandro Zampedri and JK Living, built by Walker Ridge, delivers the highest standards of design, craftsmanship and quality,” says Kyle Roscoe, who shared the listing with Marcy Brown, John Gomez and Frederick. Eklund, who starred in Million Dollar Listing New York And Million dollar listing in los angeles.

The properties at 18 and 22 Maple Street are on the market following the record sale of 14 Maple Street, which sold for more than $14 million last year, the highest amount ever paid for a non-waterfront home in Montauk.

Both new homes, located on about an acre across Old Montauk Highway from Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa, will be delivered turnkey, Roscoe says. Both were designed inside and out by Italian architect Piero Lissoni of Milan-based Lissoni Casal Ribeiro, and each comes fully furnished with pieces from the Lissoni Collection.

“No detail has been overlooked in either home, the amenities don’t stop, and the panoramic views through the floor-to-ceiling glass walls are simply stunning.” “The crown at the top is the 360 degrees of ocean views, sunsets, and sunrises from each home’s deck. The homes are unique from one another in terms of design and layout, with both adding upscale Italian design to Montauk Beach’s elegant ambiance. Delivered fully furnished and ready to move in, The lifestyle really doesn’t want anything at The Maple Villas.

Luxury abounds on Maple Street in Montauk

Zampedri founded CFF Real Estate, a New York-based advisory firm that works with clients and investors on all aspects of real estate, both residential and commercial, including the Bowery House in Manhattan. Other Red Hook projects are located in Brooklyn, Malibu, Positano and Milan.

The more expensive of the two homes, 18 Maple Street offers about 9,000 square feet of space with six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and three half-baths on 0.92 acres.

Naturally, ocean views are showcased through floor-to-ceiling frameless glass windows in nearly every room.

The main living area is centered around a great room featuring 12-foot ceilings, 12-foot sliding glass walls, a fireplace, and imported natural ceramic tile. There are radiant heated floors throughout.

The home offers not one, but two separate kitchens, designed by Boffi with Gaggenau appliances and Dornbracht fixtures. A convenient butler’s kitchen allows for hidden meal preparation, while the main kitchen has an open space. The natural stone island of Ceppo di Gre is a gathering place. An outdoor patio with barbecue is located just outside the kitchen, on two sides, overlooking the pool area.

There are two en-suite guest bedrooms and an office/ powder room on the main floor.

The “sumptuous” master suite can be found on the second floor, occupying the entire west wing of the house. Two balconies provide amazing pool and ocean views for the new owner. The gas fireplace will keep them warm on cold nights and the large wardrobe allows for easy dressing. The spa-like bathroom features dual showers, soaking tubs, a buffet tub, unique Salvatore natural stone floors, “vanity walls” and matte Vantini fixtures. There is also a separate private terrace with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

Two additional guest bedrooms with a private terrace and ocean views complete the second floor.

Climb onto the deck for a 360-degree elevated view, so it’s the perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset.

Downstairs there is an en-suite bedroom, powder room, theater and family room. The gym features a wellness room including a Starpool steam room, sauna, separate shower and water closet. There is also a wine room, laundry and additional storage space on this level, which opens onto a private garden providing plenty of natural light.

There is an attached four-car garage with radiant heat and an electric car charger.

Not one, but two swimming pools

At 22 Maple Street, there’s also about 9,000 square feet of space, six bedrooms, and six full bathrooms — though there are only two half-baths. Don’t worry, what’s important is that the floor-to-ceiling windows and glass walls allow for amazing ocean views and the outdoor space allows for double pools as well.

Inverted house, the first floor is home to a master suite, forming the west wing. The large deck off the bedroom offers a view of the pool and gardens. The dedicated locker room features 117 square feet. The bathroom has a private indoor-outdoor shower, Boffi oak cabinets and a freestanding bath with natural stone walls and floors from Salvatori.

Three additional guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private decks, as well as a den/office, can also be found on the main level. All leading to the courtyard.

The second level provides the main living area of this home. Ten-foot floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls lead to a huge outdoor terrace with ocean views.

The home at 22 Maple Street is similar to the 18 Maple Street home in that it features “two separate kitchen experiences,” the listing says. Both the butler’s kitchen and main kitchen are outfitted by Boffi and include a natural stone island with a Ceppo di Gre finish, Gaggenau appliances and Dornbracht fixtures throughout.

A secondary master suite is also located on the second floor, featuring a walk-in closet and bathroom with natural Salvatore stone walls and floors.

You can find a heated swimming pool on the outdoor terrace, measuring six feet eight inches by 19 feet six inches. The expansive deck offers 180 degrees of elevated ocean views. The covered portion of the terrace allows for an outdoor living and dining experience.

The larger pool—14 x 5 feet—returns to the ground floor, beyond outdoor patios off each bedroom. The pool deck, outdoor patio dining area and large garden, all face south.

The lower level of the home offers a central family room, one en-suite guest bedroom, a theater, a gym, a Starpool steam room and sauna, a massage room, a custom wine room, a half bath, and a laundry and storage room.

An elevator serves all levels.

This home also has a rooftop deck with 360 degree views.

The large four-car garage provides storage space for up to eight cars and features a heated and radiant floor.

Want to see more? The open house will be held at both locations on Saturday, September 17, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m
