Look inside Nottingham riverside apartments with views of the City Ground and Meadow Lane
New images have provided a sneak peek at what life is like at a Nottingham waterfront housing development – as the last properties go on sale. The Trent Bridge Quays development, close to the city’s famous sports grounds and along the River Trent, has put its last 58 homes on the market.
About 95 homes were launched in the first phase of the residential development project, and all of them were sold. The move marks the last opportunity for homebuyers to get their hands on a choice of brand new properties at the site.
Trent Bridge Quays, created by Elevate Property Group, is located on the riverbank overlooking the City Ground in one direction for Nottingham Forest fans, and Meadow Lane in the opposite direction for Notts County fans. The developer said the “high specification” homes attracted a mix of homebuyers, including athletes.

Trent Bridge Cricket Ground is also within walking distance for those looking for another first class sporting venue. Of the 58 newly launched homes, there are 14 townhouses, 4 bungalows and 40 apartments.
David Houghton, sales and marketing director at Elevate, said: “All the homes at Trent Bridge Quays have an EPC rating of B placing them in the top 10 per cent of energy efficient homes in the country.
“Townhomes have dedicated electric vehicle charging points, while apartments have the option of secure, gated courtyard parking and access to electric vehicle charging points.”
Freehold townhouses offer a choice of interior designs – open plan or detached accommodation configurations. David added: “The high-spec interiors are ‘best in class’ with fully integrated kitchens, Porcelanosa tiles in the bathroom, and high quality flooring throughout.
“Many apartments have a balcony or Juliet balcony, and either glimpses of the river or the city skyline.” Lawns, terraces, balconies and parking with electric vehicle chargers in the homes are all standard, while some also have 146-square-foot south-facing rooftop terraces.
Historically, Nottingham’s waterfront locations have been underutilized when it comes to housing. Kerry Bywater, New Homes Partner at William H Brown, said: “Other cities across the country have been quick to build on the assets of riverside sites to improve the quality of life for city residents. Nottingham is catching on to this trend by creating a new waterfront neighbourhood, and we’ve found The city’s riverside houses, such as the piers of Trent Bridge, have disappeared from our books.
“Buyers are keen to take advantage of the benefits that living in such locations has on their mental and physical health, especially at Trent Bridge Quays, which boasts some beautiful walks along the River Trent to Nottingham Embankment.”
The stunning homes attract a wide range of buyers, creating an enviable scene on the roadside and riverside streets. A newly planted park along with the riverbank enhances the location of this development.
The final release of homes includes 16 one-bedroom apartments, 24 two-bedroom apartments, two two-bedroom maisonettes, two three-bedroom maisonettes, nine three-bedroom townhouses, and five four-bedroom townhouses. Prices range from £206,000 for a single bed to £440,000 for a four-bedroom townhouse, with entire properties built ready to move in.
