Lil Uzi Vert Lists a Glass Mansion in Los Angeles for $6 Million – Rob Report

Flash back two and a half years ago, and Symere Woods had just purchased this contemporary mansion in the 1,700-acre Bell Canyon community north of Calabasas in Ventura County for $4.4 million. Now, the 28-year-old Philly rapper, singer, and songwriter — known to his Lil Uzi Vert-like fan base — has decided to put the glass-encased residence back on the market for roughly $6 million, as first announced by Hollywood Reporter.

Built in 2017, the place was naturally customized to suit the rapper’s personal tastes during his tenure, featuring five bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across just over 7,000 square feet of elegant living space filled with hardwood floors, soaring ceilings and designer lighting. Expansive walls of glass overlook the picturesque valley and hillside views.
An expansive parking lot flanked by a three-car garage faces the two-story home, which opens to a main level highlighted by a massive great room containing a fireplace-side living room with glass doors extending to the balcony. There is also a dining area, as well as a gourmet kitchen equipped with high-quality stainless appliances, and a dining island that includes a marble counter and banquette seating.
