Kylie Jenner’s massive mansion under construction in Calabasas is more than twice the size of Kim Kardashian’s $60 million estate
Kylie Jenner’s massive mansion in Calabasas, Los Angeles, has been spotted under construction.
The property has doubled in size and may be larger than her sister Kim Kardashian’s $60 million estate in Hidden Hills, California.
From Ariel’s shot, a construction crew is seen in the midst of expanding their real estate portfolio.
Kylie’s next main home is expected to cover approximately 18,000 square feet, according to Hindustan Times.
The property’s area includes a 12-car garage, a guest house, a security base, a swimming pool and a sports court.
The property is 18,000 square feet larger than Kim’s 15,000 square foot mansion.
The three-acre estate includes two swimming pools, a vineyard, eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a recording studio, a full-size movie theater and master suite, and a two-story game room, according to the Observer.
Construction of the Los Angeles mansion began in early 2021.
Halloween decor
Just before Halloween, the Hulu star revealed how her home — which she purchased in 2020 — became fully prepared for the spooky season.
The Kardashians star took to her Instagram feed and shared photos of her spooky-themed pillow.
In one photo, she showed off an enormous pile of carved pumpkins outside her home.
One of the carved pumpkins featured a traditional lantern shape, while the other bore stars and a moon.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder also shared an adorable snapshot of her two kids — which can only be seen from behind — as they explored the pumpkin patch.
In another shot, she showed off adorable cookies designed to look like lanterns and ghosts.
Kylie also posted a photo of her kids using paint and stickers to decorate a pumpkin.
She captioned the post: “October” with a jack-o-lantern emoji.
Kylie and her ex Travis Scott, 32, share two young children: son Air, one, and daughter Stormi, five.

Meanwhile, Kylie’s boyfriend Timothée Chalamet, 27, is scheduled to host Saturday Night Live on November 11.
In an online thread, fans speculated that the reality star might make an unannounced appearance during the actor’s hosting event.
One fan thought: “I need Kylie to show up just for the messy responses she’s going to get.”
Another fan noted: “It’s funny how both friends almost do SNL.”
This will be the Dune star’s second time hosting after performing in December 2020 with musical guest Bruce Springsteen, 74.
Rapper Bad Bunny, 29, who is dating Kylie’s brother Kendall, 27, was the host and musical guest.
Sadly for fans, Kendall has never appeared on camera with her beau.
