On home soil, her designs have been seen on famous faces such as Tones and I, G Flip, Steph Claire Smith, Jodi Gordon, Alex Pendlebury and more.
Mrs Scott and her husband bought their impressive four-bedroom residence at 14 Prospect Grove in 2015 and immediately began planning an extensive renovation.
By engaging home builder BlakeBuilt, the couple transformed the home into a contemporary masterpiece, while maintaining the Art Deco features.
“We wanted to expand and build something that we could entertain, enjoy and grow in,” Ms. Scott said.
“All of our growing memories and some of the fondest memories of my life were at home.”
During her time at the hotel, Al Khayyat celebrated her engagement and wedding and welcomed two daughters and two dogs into her family.
It has also developed its “biggest venture to date”, Kyha Studios, which was founded in 2011 and now has stores in Melbourne, Sydney and even a flagship store in New York City.
As the business continues to expand, Ms. Scott and her husband have listed their Black Rock home for between $2.5 million and $2.75 million.
“It is an exciting time for the company, and we are looking for flexibility to be more able to travel and be where the company wants us to be,” she said.
The luxurious residence features a butterfly-style roof that provides plenty of natural light throughout the open-plan living and dining area.
There’s also a light-filled kitchen in this area, complete with marble countertops, a butler’s pantry and a hidden built-in bar.
To the rear of the property, a paved entertaining terrace with built-in outdoor speakers is surrounded by a low-maintenance landscaped garden adjacent to a heated pool and spa.
“The pool and spa were exceptional for keeping the girls entertained on weekends whether in summer or winter…the Sunday spas are some of my family’s fondest memories,” Ms Scott said.
There are three bedrooms to the front of the house, including the master which has a huge built-in wardrobe and a double en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath.
A fourth bedroom or office is located off the living area.
Buxton Bentleigh director Chris Hassall has the listing, with the property going under the hammer at 3pm on October 7.
Ms Scott added that she will be dressing three “wonderful women” at the upcoming Brownlow Awards.
