Kiefer Sutherland sells Los Angeles home for $1.8 million – Rob Report

Last year, around the same time he bought a historic 73-acre resort in New York’s Hudson Valley for $5 million, Kiefer Sutherland quietly sold his old estate in Los Angeles’ Toluca Lake neighborhood to engaged Hollywood couple Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song in a wedding reception. Now it appears the 55-year-old actor and musician has decided to divest from his California real estate holdings entirely, having opted to part with a more modest residence tucked away in Los Angeles’ trendy Atwater Village neighborhood. Donald Sutherland is asking more than $1.8 million for the English Tudor-style home for which he paid about $1.2 million in the winter of 2018.
Built in the late 1920s and since completely modernized, this one-story bungalow offers two bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms in just over 1,100 square feet of living space that still retains many of its period details according to the listing it maintains Kelly. Set within a lot of just under a quarter of an acre, the structure’s whitewashed stucco exterior is decorated with black-trimmed casement windows and a steeply pitched roofline.
