Back in the spring of 2013, just over a year before she married former NFL player Eric Johnson, Jessica Simpson paid Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne $11.5 million for roughly 2.5 acres in the guarded Hidden Hills community. Now, the pop star-turned-billion-dollar fashion mogul is ready to give up the place she owned just over a decade ago, asking for $22 million.

The impending sale may be due to one little thing she said hustle earlier this summer. According to the online women’s magazine, Simpson says she is considering moving to Nashville to relaunch her music career.

The 43-year-old Texas native bought the lavish digs from the Osbornes for $11.5 million shortly before her 2014 marriage to Johnson, with the couple extensively remodeling and expanding the building during their tenure. As for the Osbournes, the reality show stars paid nearly $12.4 million to purchase the home in 2007, then underwent a Martin Lawrence-Pollard-designed renovation that appeared on the pages of architectural digest.

The spacious home has its share of cozy spots specifically geared towards relaxation.
