Jack Nicholson may have starred in a few Westerns during his long career, but his eldest daughter Jennifer outdid him a few years ago when the former actress and fashion designer shelled out about $525,000 for a 10-acre property sprawling across a pristine Old West town. In the unincorporated community of Pioneertown, Southern California. Now this contemporary residence is available for purchase, asking $3.7 million.

Located in the middle of the Morongo Basin in the high desert region of eastern San Bernardino County, near the Mojave Desert and Joshua Tree National Park, Pioneertown was born in the 1940s when actor Dick Curtis teamed up with fellow actor Roy Rogers and other investors to purchase 32,000 acres of land to put to work.
