Jennifer Lopez is opening the doors to the $60 million Los Angeles mansion she shares with Ben Affleck, sharing rare photos from the property.
Jennifer Lopez finally gave her fans a look inside the massive new $60 million mansion she shares with husband Ben Affleck.
Getting ready for LACMA Gucci’s big, glamorous event in Los Angeles on Saturday, the singer posed in the foyer of her grand home.
The house seems to have many white surfaces with touches of silver and gold here and there to give it a modern touch.
This isn’t the first time she’s been seen in her massive home, as the Bronx native has also taken videos in her kitchen, snapped photos of herself in her living room and on her patio with views of her infinity pool.
The Hollywood power couple purchased the home earlier this year and moved in this summer with JLo overseeing all the decorating.
Lopez’s teenage twins Max and Emme, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony, also live with the couple. Ben has split custody with his three children – Violet, Seraphina and Samuel – who he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, and they are often in the new home as well.
This summer, the couple dropped $60.85 million for the 46,000-square-foot mansion, according to TMZ.
The deal took just one week and the couple paid nearly $15 million under the asking price of $75 million.
It was first on the market in 2018 for $135 million, but that price was nearly cut in half when it was relisted this year.
The house – referred to as the “Wallingford Estate” – sits on a 5-acre promontory and has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.
The listing reveals that it has been “newly rebuilt and expanded” and features a 12-car garage and parking for 80 cars.
There is also a “one-of-a-kind” indoor sports complex, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a care home and a two-bedroom guard house on the grounds.
With the indoor sports facility, Jennifer has a full gym at her disposal as well as basketball and pickleball courts and a boxing ring.
There is also a gym and bar.
TMZ reports that there’s also a full hair and nail salon, a home theater, a wine cellar, and a whiskey lounge, as well as saunas and massage rooms.
The zero edge swimming pool is located behind the main house and overlooks the area.
There are two private gated entrances to the property.
Brett Lauer, who has worked with Katy Perry and Madonna, represented the couple in the sale.
Meanwhile, the seller was represented by Ginger Glass of Compass.
In October, sets of furniture were seen being moved into Ben and Jennifer’s new residence.
There were at least six cars parked outside the entrance and many rugs, flowers and tapestries had been unloaded and placed on canvas.
There was also a large white moving truck parked near the hedges surrounding the property.
Ben and Jennifer have pulled out of escrow on three properties in the past few months while they were in the midst of their home search.
In March, Hollywood stars changed their minds about a $64 million mansion in Pacific Palisades, according to TMZ.
It was not clear why they decided to withdraw, as they appeared determined to do so in early March.
It has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, and sits on 1.13 acres and has a gym, a professional media room, a game room, an elevator, and a huge backyard with a pool and fire pit area.
They had previously eyed another home, also in Pacific Palisades, worth $34.5 million.
This property offers seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms and is located in the prestigious Rustic Canyon area.
It also has a garage for six cars, a separate guest house, a swimming pool, a dining room with a fireplace as well as a stylish bar. The courtyard has a jacuzzi and an outdoor kitchen, according to its listing.
In addition to a wine cellar, home gym and spa, the property’s master suite features a private balcony, double bathrooms and walk-in closets.
Ben and Jennifer have been shopping for homes for months since they decided to list J-Lo’s Bel Air estate for $42 million, more than the $28 million they bought it for in 2016.
According to reports, this house is currently with a potential buyer for $39 million.
The Argo actor recently sold his mansion for nearly $30 million.
The extensive search to find a home for the newlyweds and their mixed family has been continuing for about a year.
The couple was often photographed visiting expensive properties around Los Angeles.
The celebrity nicknamed “Bennifer” has been hunkering down by renting Australian billionaire James Packer’s $60 million Beverly Hills mansion amid a house hunt.
