Inside Patrick Mahomes’ multi-million dollar real estate empire, where the Chiefs NFL QB is flipping houses and building a mansion

Patrick Mahomes is building an impressive real estate portfolio to match the accolades he has won on the field.

Mahomes currently owns four properties worth a total of $8 million: two in Missouri, a vacant lot on which he plans to develop a mansion, and a massive luxury home in Texas.

His portfolio will likely continue to grow as more money comes from the massive 10-year, $503 million contract he signed with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2020.

An apartment in Kansas City worth $350,000

This was the first home Mahomes bought after being drafted in 2017.

It was offered at $475,000, but Mahomes got the 1,800-square-foot condo for $350,000.

It has two bedrooms and three bathrooms and comes with features like granite countertops, California cabinetry, and wood-burning fireplaces.

It’s also the only unit in the building with a rooftop deck and two-car garage.

Home in Kansas City worth $1.8 million

Mahomes added this suburban Kansas City property to his portfolio in 2019 for $1.8 million.

Built in 1953, it’s a step up from his first property, at 4,300 square feet on 1.4 acres of land.

The mansion has three bedrooms and four bathrooms and features high ceilings, a separate chef’s kitchen, an office and an exercise room.

The master bedroom alone makes up 1,250 square feet of the home.

Outside, the Kansas City mansion has a pool, hot tub, rose garden, and covered porch. It is estimated to be worth $2.23 million today.

400,000 acres of land

While living in his Kansas City mansion in 2020, Mahomes purchased eight acres of land in Belton, which is located just outside of Kansas City.

Within a year, he built a huge house on the property and then added a swimming pool in 2022.

Mahomes has gone all out on this property, building a 50-yard football field in the yard, a private pond, and a par-three golf hole.

The value of the palace is estimated at more than one million dollars.

A house in Texas worth $3.37 million

This property is where Mahomes stays during the NFL offseason.

Listed at $4.26 million, he purchased it for $3.37 million from former professional football player Andrew Geisinger III.

Mahomes was born and raised in Texas and went on to play college ball at Texas Tech, so it makes sense that he settled in the state during his offseason.

The mansion is located in Westlake, a luxury community, and was built in 2014.

The Mahomes’ mansion spans over 7,800 square feet and has most of the features found in any of their homes. The master suite enjoys panoramic views of Vaquero Golf Course and has a spa bath and walk-in shower.

There is a private study that leads directly to a private loft and wine room to relax in.

Other features include a games room, bar, balconies, pool and outdoor kitchen.

The property is worth about $5.5 million today.
