Model Heidi Klum shared a new video of a giant praying mantis that recently visited her Los Angeles mansion.
The America’s Got Talent judge posted to Instagram Stories on Wednesday a new clip of herself portraying the big bug.
Heidi, 50, zoomed in to show the green mantis as it appeared on a round black surface.
“Hey, buddy,” she said, adding, “I mean, they’re great.”
The insect moved its limbs slightly, as a continuous whistling sound was heard in the background for her husband, Tom Kaulitz, 34.
The video was taken at night and crickets can be heard in the background as well.
New family addition
While Mantis may not be the newest pet in Heidi’s household, she and Tom recently welcomed two new dogs into their family.
The Project Runway host shared a photo of her new pup on Instagram earlier this month when she spoke about the added responsibility.
Heidi said she surprised her husband with the four-legged friends on his birthday, September 1, as she uploaded a photo of the rocking chair sitting next to the puppies.
Tom appeared happy as he grabbed the dogs, apparently to prevent them from running away or sliding down the stairs they were sitting on.
“When he tells you he’s not ready for a new puppy and you surprise him with two for his birthday,” she wrote in the caption.
In March, Heidi and Tom mourned the loss of their beloved dogs.
They lost their German shorthaired pointer Capper at the age of fifteen, and just three weeks later, they said goodbye to their four-year-old Irish bulldog, Anton.
Back at work
When Heidi isn’t taking care of her new pets at home, the German model spends her time judging AGT live shows.
For the latest show, the 50-year-old wore a little black dress that featured colorful gemstones along the top and bottom edges.
The bra-style top of the dress dropped deeply to show off her cleavage, with thin straps highlighting her toned arms.
The bottom of the dress had dangling beads, which reached just above the model’s thighs, making her long legs appear even longer while wearing the see-through high heels.
Heidi also rocked heavy eye makeup and a glossy nude lip, as well as plenty of blush to emphasize her cheekbones.
The model captured a quick video of the judges during the show, giving a close-up of her makeup as the audience stood behind her.
Heidi also flashed her hips alongside co-judge Howie Mandel in another video while the intricate beads on her hem dangled around her upper thighs.
The current AGT panel consists of Heidi, Howie, 67, Sofia Vergara, 51, and Simon Cowell, 63.
