Rita Ora has reportedly splashed out on a £5million mansion in New Zealand with husband Taika Waititi.
The singer, 32, and her film director husband, 48, who married last August, have bought the new property in Auckland, according to The Sun.
The sprawling property includes four bedrooms, a swimming pool, veranda, private gardens, a large garage, sundeck and stunning views across the bay.
The dark gray house is located on Three-story cliff deck located on two-thirds of an acre, with its own private beach access.
Taika has two daughters, Matua Kiritapu and Te Hinkahu – from his previous marriage to Chelsea Winstanley – and still resides in New Zealand so the location is convenient for them.
A source said: “Although Taika and Rita spend a lot of time in the UK, New Zealand is still a big part of their identity and their life together.”
“So having a place they can call home is really important to him and his family.
“They have already started decorating and purchasing furniture to fit the space. They can’t wait to spend time there.”

The news comes after Rita Ora was spotted celebrating Leonardo DiCaprio’s 49th birthday in Beverly Hills on Saturday.
The elegant singer wore a charming short black dress, which she paired with an elegant coat.
She put on a leggy display in the plunging ensemble and showed off her underwear as she strutted at the star-studded bash.
Rita added height to her frame in a pair of black stilettos, and she was also joined by husband Taika Waititi, 48.
Taika put on a modern presentation with a navy shirt, black pants and an oversized navy parka.
The couple appeared to be in great spirits as they arrived at the party hugging each other.
According to reports, Rita married director Taika in an intimate ceremony in London.
The couple began dating in March 2021, before announcing their romance in August.
They got engaged in June 2022, and it is believed that the singer has changed her surname and will now be known as Ms Waititi Ora.
The couple enjoyed a romantic honeymoon on the stunning Waiheke Island, off the coast of Auckland, in a villa priced at £500 a night.
