Gisele Punchen buys a modern mansion for $9.1 million: photos – SheKnows
Since her split from Tom Brady last year, Gisele Bündchen has begun an amazing new era in her life. From making a stunning appearance at the 2023 Met Gala in vintage Chanel, visiting her family in Brazil, and making time to focus on her kids, it’s safe to say Bündchen is fully embracing this new phase.
As she figures out how to be single again, how to co-parent, and so much more, Bündchen decided a change of scenery would be the perfect way to do it. In fact, several media outlets reported earlier this week that the Brazilian supermodel purchased a spacious mansion in Southwest Ranches, Florida. This ultra-modern property, according to the top ten real estate deals, cost Bündchen a whopping $9.1 million.
According to the outlet, the model’s new home is an equestrian farm spanning approximately 7.5 acres. Knowing how much Bündchen loves nature and horseback riding, this seems like a perfect fit. In addition to the property’s horse stalls (all 10 of them), the mansion also includes nine bedrooms, soccer facilities, tennis courts, and an infinity pool with a hot tub and water fountain.
Other key features of the 5,200-square-foot home include an open-plan living room with a fireplace and floating glass staircase, a gourmet kitchen with Italian Calacatta quartz countertops, a master bedroom with its own seating area, an en-suite bathroom and an outdoor bathroom.
