Australian Olympic icon Debra Flintoff King is flexing her real estate muscles.

The retired athlete, who won gold in the 400m hurdles at the 1988 Seoul Olympics, has put three unique Queensland properties on the market.

Two of them are plots of land with plans to build luxury homes, while her three-bedroom, three-bathroom waterfront unit in Maroochydore sold at auction on November 18 for $3.75 million.

The plots are on the books of Andrew Burke and James Hanley of Ray White Special Projects in Queensland.

On offer at 88 Chaucer Street in Moorooka is an 810sqm plot of land with a two-bedroom timber house currently renting for $400 per week.

As stated in the listing, there is development approval for the construction of three three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom townhomes.

Artist’s impressions reveal architecturally designed residences with an open floor plan, neutral color palette and outdoor entertaining area.

There is only one exterior shot of the log house in the listing. The house is high and has a back yard.

Agent Burke told Nine that the property had not sold on the scheduled auction date of November 17, however, “there was a lot of interest outside of the auction.” The price guide is $1.1 million.

Moorooka is a southern suburb of Brisbane and the median house price is $920,000.

A 1,414 sqm development site is also available at 31 Carter Road in Nambour.

As stated in the listing, there is development approval for a two-lot subdivision. The first lot has plans to build a three-bedroom house and a large apartment, while the second lot has plans to build two- and three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhomes.

Burke told Nine they are still in negotiations after the best offers campaign ends on November 17.

Nambour is a rural town on the Sunshine Coast region and the median house price is $675,000.

The site is just a five-minute walk from retail shops and a 15-minute drive from Maroochydore and Mooloolaba surf beaches.

Flintoff-King has already secured a win on the sale of a three-bedroom, three-bath waterfront unit at 1002/100 Duporth Avenue in Maroochydore.

Agent Pam Thomas of Ray White Maroochydore, who is the lead agent alongside Megan Murray, tells Nine that the unit sold under the hammer on November 18 for $3.75 million.

The property is located on the ground floor and is luxurious with an open plan design, entertainment area, movie room and gourmet kitchen.
