Artisan bakery and organic vegetable supplier team up
CLAPHAM organic farm Growing With Grace has teamed up with Cumbrian baker Aidan Monks, from Lovingly Artisan Bakery, to deliver fresh fruit, vegetables and fresh bread to your door in a home delivery service.
Growing With Grace made the decision to collaborate with Lovingly Artisan because they share the same deep knowledge and passion for freshly produced foods.
Organic Farmers has been operating as a community cooperative farm for nearly 23 years, producing fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and salads in two acres of greenhouses, overseen by a team of staff and volunteers.
“Loving Artisan Bakery and Growing With Grace have a lot in common,” said Catherine Connor of Aidan Monks. We are fully committed to helping sustain the communities in which we operate, supporting local people by providing quality jobs, nurturing and growing affordable, nutritious foods, while ensuring the environment is protected through sustainable business practices.
Growing With Grace store coordinator Neil Stephenson said: “Working alongside Lovingly Artisan is the most natural partnership ever, especially as both businesses share the same values and ethos.
Neil added: “As well as supplying beloved artisan breads, Growing With Grace also works with a range of other small specialist producers.”
Choose the ingredients for your home delivery box from the boxes page on the Growing With Grace website. Once registered, customers will be able to manage the contents of the box and modify it to suit their needs.
Orders may be modified or items removed at any time until the order deadline of 8am every Monday.
A minimum order of £15 will qualify for free delivery to areas in Lancaster, the Lune Valley, South Cumbria, the Furness Peninsula, the Western Dales, parts of North Yorkshire, the Ribble Valley and Preston.
The Growing With Grace team then picks and packs the orders with deliveries made the same day each week. The growers also offer a selection of easy-to-follow recipes which can be found on the Growing With Grace website for some meal ideas.
For those who prefer to buy their produce in person, you can always visit the Growing With Grace farm shop on Station Road, Clapham, which is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10am to 5pm every day.
