We are now looking for an architectural photographer You will create high High-quality, creative photos and videos using DSLR cameras, drones, and stabilizers And other modern equipment. residential Renters, home buyers, commercial landlords, investors and agents rely on CoStar to provide high-quality media to market their properties and learn more Opportunities. with 24 million people visit CoStar websites every month, every day, your media will drive more transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Use your architectural photography expertise to Interior production And outdoor media for multifamily, offices, industrial and Retail properties.

• Create a compelling exterior Local neighborhood media, Parks and schools.

• Use a variety of tools to create visually Attractive media including professional grade Cameras, pan-tilt lenses, drones, stabilizers, sliders, 3D travel cameras, and more.

• Use the time of day, season, location, and your photography experience to determine when and how best to do this Photography assignments.

• Edit all photographs and video in a timely manner resulting in a completed project.

• Professional and effective communication with clients during all media aspects Shoots including Scheduling, preparation and interactions on the site.

• Continue learning and developing your craft, including keeping up with new techniques and technology.

Basic qualifications:

• Demonstrable work experience as a professional real estate photographer Or architectural Photographer or similar

• Portfolio Review: Submit your portfolio of photos and videos which will include a selection architectural, Real estate and outdoor lifestyle media (foreign and interior photos, videos, and media drone required)

• At least a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited organization, along with a 4+ Real professional years Photography and videography experience.

• Full understanding of manual camera settings and lighting

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, IE: Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro

• Experience using MAC OS and MS Office

• FAA Part 107 certification required

• A valid driving license and the ability to rent a car if necessary

Preferred qualification:
