Designed in an Alpine style, this house wouldn’t look out of a Swiss or German fairy tale. The owners were keen to embrace the storybook play of the chalet. In fact, their choice of interior designer reveals a lot about their creative instinct – Pamela Shamshiri of Studio Shamshiri was a film production designer before she moved into interior design, and a sense of narrative is key to her work in this beautifully designed farmhouse kitchen.
