“People are amazed when they see it because homes like this are not very common, and they are really amazed by the attention to detail,” says Michael.
“Because it was a show home, everything was perfect – they made it the best they could.
“It’s a beautiful house, two floors, and everything is designed the way I like it.
“The materials they used to build this are the best in the industry, and the hardware and finishes are all perfect.
“Plus, I love the hanging stairs, they are an amazing feature.
“The location is also great, as it is within walking distance of shopping centers and West Lakes, and close to West Lakes Golf Club.
“I was living in the West Lakes area at the time and was looking to build, but I saw a ‘For Sale’ sign and walked past it and it had everything I wanted right here, and it was bigger than the property I was going to build.”
The house offers 392 square meters of indoor and outdoor living space over two levels, and has four bedrooms.
The master suite is located downstairs and has a walk-in bathroom and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the other three are located upstairs, giving parents separation from the children.

“It’s incredible for entertaining and I’ve hosted some great get-togethers here – this place is really designed for parties,” says Michael.
“It’s been an honor to live here, but I live alone and can’t enjoy it as much as I should, so it’s really a time to be loved by a family or a professional couple who have a lot of family and relatives to share it with.
“It’s the kind of house you can party in every weekend.”
