A recently renovated waterfront home built for professional Swedish golfer Jesper Parnevik, offering a private white-sand beach on the Intracoastal Waterway, a yacht dock and a four-bedroom guest house.

The home’s main floor contains living and dining rooms, a family room, a study and a kitchen that has a pizza oven, custom cabinetry, countertops and expansive water views, according to the listing.

The upstairs master bedroom suite is 50 feet wide and extends across the back of the house, Thompson said. Woods lives on Jupiter Island, which is across the inland coast from this property, Thompson said.
