A recently renovated waterfront home built for professional Swedish golfer Jesper Parnevik, offering a private white-sand beach on the Intracoastal Waterway, a yacht dock and a four-bedroom guest house.

In fact, Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, lived in the guest house while working as a nanny in Parnevik. “The water is clear here, like in the (Caribbean) islands,” he said. “You see lobsters, sea turtles and manatees.”

The home’s main floor contains living and dining rooms, a family room, a study and a kitchen that has a pizza oven, custom cabinetry, countertops and expansive water views, according to the listing.

The upstairs master bedroom suite is 50 feet wide and extends across the back of the house, Thompson said. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Intracoastal and Atlantic Ocean, a sitting room, TV lounge, custom closet, desk, custom cabinetry, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, and a wet room containing both. Including the four-bedroom guesthouse, the home is 15,066 square feet, with nine bedrooms, six full bathrooms and four partial bathrooms.

Woods lives on Jupiter Island, which is across the inland coast from this property, Thompson said.
