A Connecticut mansion from “And So It Goes” lists for $8.5 million

The famous house from the 2014 hit movie And so it is It officially hit the market for $8.495 million. Now, those with deep pockets and willing to spend can own a little piece of history in this upscale area.

Directed by Rob Reiner and starring actors Michael Douglas and Diane Keaton, the film is a charming romantic comedy that follows an unlikely love story. In the film, Fairfield County real estate agent Orrin Little, played by Douglas, hopes to sell his fictional house once before he retires. The film dramatically depicts the house, which you’ll likely recognize after taking a look inside, as it shows it to potential buyers. Keaton plays Leah Hartman, Little’s neighbor and love interest (spoiler alert).
