575 luxury homes are currently being built in Florence

FLORENCE, S.C. (WBTW) – Construction is currently underway on a total of 575 luxury homes in Florence, according to Will Lindsay, Chandler Reserve Club’s property manager.

The project started in 2021 and since the beginning of the project, 280 independent houses have been built. The project is being completed in phases and is currently in the third phase.

In 2021, 89 townhouses were built, in 2022, 96 townhouses were built, and by the end of 2023, 96 townhouses will be built. The homes are located on Pisgah Road.

The expected completion date is between 2025 and 2026. The completion date is likely to change and depends largely on market performance and population growth, Lindsay said.

Lindsay said Florence expects significant population growth with the new Envision AESC battery plant, other new businesses and hospitals. The battery plant is expected to attract several thousand people, Lindsay said.

Lawn care is taken care of weekly, and the house is locked 24/7.
